Welcome to GuruPool Online Limited (“GuruPool”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile and web-based games and services, including Poolverse, 8 Ball Crash, Snookerverse, Caromverse, and all related features (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use GuruPool. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Account Registration

You may need to register for an account to access certain features. When registering:

• Provide accurate and current information.

• Keep your login credentials secure.

• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Play fairly and respectfully with others.

• Not engage in cheating, hacking, or exploiting bugs.

• Avoid offensive language, harassment, or abusive behavior.

• Refrain from using bots or unauthorized third-party tools.

Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent bans.

4. In-Game Purchases & Coins

GuruPool offers virtual coins and in-game items for purchase or reward. These are:

• Non-refundable and non-transferable

• Do not represent real-world money unless redeemed under official payout schemes explicitly defined by us

We reserve the right to change pricing, rewards, and redemption rules at any time.

5. Tournaments & Competitions

By entering a tournament:

• You agree to the specific rules set for that competition.

• Cheating or match-fixing is strictly prohibited.

• Prizes may be withheld or revoked for violations or fraudulent activities.

GuruPool may limit or cancel competitions at its sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All game content, logos, trademarks, UI designs, and related materials are owned by GuruPool Online Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms or our Privacy Policy

• Your actions harm our platform or community

• Required by law or government request

Upon termination, you lose access to your account, coins, and in-game items.

8. Delete Account

To delete your account and personal data:

• Email support@gurupool.net with the subject line: Account Deletion Request

• Include your username or in-game ID and registered email

Your request will be processed within 7 business days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free gameplay.

• GuruPool is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Licensing & Compliance

GuruPool operates in compliance with applicable data protection and gaming laws. We actively pursue licensing from relevant regulatory bodies and continuously ensure our services meet jurisdictional standards.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
